Dear Authors!
“Land Reclamation and Hydraulic Engineering” accepts for publication original articles (Scientific Papers, Review Papers) relating to agriculture, land reclamation, agrophysics, hydraulic engineering, hydraulics and engineering hydrology.

Each author can publish one article per issue of the journal as a senior author and one article as a co-author.

 
To publish an article, provide to the editorial board the documents according to the established procedure for article submission.

The manuscript is prepared according to the established requirements.

All articles accepted are peer reviewed mandatory. The choice of a reviewer is made by the editorial board.

Autor Fees: including translation, design of the References, peer review of scientific articles is 3940 rubles.
Estimation
The articles of postgraduates are published free of charge.

The journal provides publication fee waivers for authors from low-income economies, discounts for authors from lower middle-income economies, and/or waivers and discounts for other authors with demonstrable needs.

There is no fee for publishing an article on a website.

Privacy Statement:
Personal information, including e-mail addresses voluntarily provided by the authors to the journal “Melioration and Hydraulic Engineering” when filling out the author's data in the article and the license agreement form, will be used exclusively for scientific publication purposes. The Editorial Board undertakes not to transfer personal information to third parties who may use it for other purposes.

Copyright Notice: The use of works of science is carried out in compliance with the legislation of the Russian Federation on copyright (Chapter 70 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). The authors retain the copyright to the work and grant the journal the right of the first publication. 

Authors grant the journal the right to the first publication of their work under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike International 4.0  license, which allows other consumers to edit, correct, and create new materials based on them, even for commercial purposes, as long as they credit authorship with the obligatory preservation of references to the authors of the original work and the original publication in this journal and license their new works under the identical terms.

The license (CC BY-SA) mark is located on the title page of the published articles.

Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrange-ments for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book), with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

Authors are permitted and encouraged to post their work online (e.g., in institutional repositories or on their website) prior to and during the submission process, as it can lead to productive exchanges, as well as earlier and greater citation of published work (See The Effect of Open Access).
